About Gabriele
Gabriele Davis is the author of Peaches, Our Joyful Noise (a New England Book Award finalist), and the forthcoming Joy Ride (Summer 2027). She is a writing tutor, laughter leader, and bike-riding, cobbler-baking word-wrangler. She enjoys creating works that delight, inspire, empower, and reflect all children. Gabriele loves visiting school to connect with young students, inspire a love of reading, offer tools that encourage creativity, and share the joy of creating our own stories. Gabriele lives in northwestern Connecticut with her husband and cardboard-eating cat, Panther.

What a visit includes
The length of in-person classroom visits ranges from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on grade level and activity chosen. Visits to PreK–Grade 2 classrooms offer a Storytime Read Aloud + Optional Extension Activity and run 20 to 45 minutes. Visits to Grades 2–6 classrooms offer Writing Workshops with optional Read-Aloud and run from 45 to 60 minutes. Virtual Storytimes run 15-20 minutes and include optional Q&A.
